The hotel is perfectly located with easy access to the ski slopes through the bus stop right outside the hotel, with rubber mats securing the road along with a ski lift Teola nearby. the rooms are impeccable with a clean and spacious bathroom. the service is outstanding, with staff going above and beyond to accommodate the guests' needs. the breakfast buffet is mouthwatering and offers plenty of variety. the hotel offers a sauna, a jacuzzi, a massage center, and a lounge/bar area.
The hotel lacks vegetarian options for its guests.

We were absolutely delighted with our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel in Livigno. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome and excellent service. The hotel's location is perfect, right in the centre of town and within easy reach of all the attractions. We also appreciated the convenience of having a ski pass vendor and ski equipment hire on-site, making it effortless for us to hit the slopes. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. Plus, the attentive housekeeping staff ensured that everything was immaculate. We were also impressed with the hotel's amenities, such as the indoor swimming pool and spa, where we enjoyed rejuvenating massages and relaxing in the jacuzzi. this venue provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made our vacation truly exceptional.
In conclusion, we wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to everyone. The Alpen Resort Bivio Livigno offers a luxurious experience with its prime location, excellent service, and top-notch amenities.

Big hotel, big, spaceous lobby, has pool, nothing else.
Did not like the hotel at all, would never recommend it, I think reviews in Booked.net were not accurate. Very old hotel, probably wasn’t renovated since it was build. Too expensive for that kind of hotel. Internet access only in the lobby. Awful bed sheets, haven’t ever stayed at hotel with such uncomfortable bed sheets:( While in your room, you could hear you neighbor talking or watching tv Every time somebody walks the hall- it wakes you up. Bathrooms very old. Breakfast and dinner very poor. Did not like the hotel at all, would never recommend it, I think reviews in Booked.net were not accurate.

initial reception when our booking was incorrectly booked by "Booked.net". We booked 2 rooms, one double for Adult and Child, and another room for 2 x adults and two children. However "Booked.net" only registered one child in the 2nd room, hence we had to upgrade and pay more. The receptionist was not very friendly about it until a more senior person resolved the issue.

The hotel had good food options, with a buffet for both breakfast and dinner. The staff was also helpful and attentive. The hotel was located in a convenient area for skiing and had a relaxing sauna.
The room was small and the bed was uncomfortable. The hotel was a bit of a walk from town.

The staff were both courteous and helpful as well as being very friendly. We also had a wonderful view from our room.
perhaps a little far out of town and a hotel shuttle service after 1930 would be a great help.
